We The People Community Project update

StoryBound and "We The People"

StoryBound will be meeting on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 from 1:00 - 5:00pm in the Art Room at the Community Center 380 third street, Laguna Beach 

 drop in $30.

 Please bring your star and/or stripe to add to the "We The People" Community Project.  You can also pick up a star and/or stripe to work on and add to the project.  The flag is growing and we would be thrilled to include anyone who wants to participate and contribute.  Gretchen is currently pursuing exhibition opportunities for the completed flag.

Gretchen will be demonstrating "texture" techniques at this months StoryBound class.  Please bring Liquitex light modeling paste and acrylic mat medium.

StoryBound and "We The People"

StoryBound will begin meeting at it's new venue in the ART ROOM at The Susi Q Community Center, 380 Third Street, Laguna Beach, CA from 1:00pm to 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 18th, 2015

We will begin creating a reference book containing mixed media techniques  The first session will focus on flour paste and collage.  All techniques will be created on 9 1/2" x 21" (or smaller) paper, fabric or canvas.  This will allow for a uniform book size.

In addition to our mixed media reference book, each participant will have the option to contribute to "We The People".  This is a new community project containing stars and stripes, created by anyone who would like to participate.  Check back or join us at "StoryBound" for more details.
